Bottega 21, registered trademark of Tramp di Giannone Pasquale 07222281219, is organized to guarantee a fast and efficient delivery service as possible. Bottega 21 will not be able to reimburse the portion of the costs requested by the carrier in the event of non-delivery, for this reason we ask our customers to provide a delivery address manned during working hours.
For each delivery order, the Customer is required to indicate a telephone number (preferably mobile ) this is to allow the express courier to contact you in case of delivery difficulties. If the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to Bottega 21, or to the express courier, after 2 consecutive passages, the costs of custody or redelivery will be charged as quantified by the express courier or it will be possible to collect the product at the courier sorting point.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are estimates only and will be calculated exactly at time of purchase, based on the billing and shipping information you provide to us. All shipments for a greater value of € 150.00 on Italian territory will be free!
Order fulfillment method:
Upon receiving the order, our staff takes steps to manage it in the manner as quickly as possible so that it can be delivered to the courier within five days of receipt of the same. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the amount due has been received on the account.
All orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped within five days of receipt.
On the occasion of holidays, shipping will start on the next working day .
